BIOGRAPHY

Justice Schanfarber is a Professional Coach and Relationship Mentor who helps men build successful intimate relationships. He draws upon his own transformative personal experiences as well as knowledge gained through formal study and mentorship.

“The path of relationship mastery is ultimately one opportunity after another to grow into our full potential. Sometimes the process is pleasant, sometimes it’s agony, but it is always offering us something valuable. My commitment is to help the men I work with get full value from their relationship journey and grow into the men and husbands they truly want to be,” says Justice.

Justice turned his own lifelong relationship struggles around by applying the principles of “Gender Synergy,” a powerful relationship model which he now incorporates into his one-on-one coaching and men’s group programs.

Prior to doing relationship work, Justice held a tenured position as Program Facilitator and Resident Steward at Linnaea Farm - a unique land trust, intentional community and educational facility committed to Conservation, Education, and Sustainability.
