Cultivating True Success in Life, Work and Relationships

As human beings with a masculine core, men have special gifts to offer the world. Unfortunately, there is generally little support for men to develop to their truest potential. Many men have unknowingly twisted or disowned their true masculine nature in order to survive in confusing times. 

The Masculine Path uncovers these inherent gifts and cultivates the positive masculine qualities in each of us so that we can take greater Leadership in our lives, relationships, organizations and beyond. This men’s group provides challenge, encouragement and accountability on our individual paths of masculine integrity and excellence.

The group is facilitated by Professional Coach, Relationship Mentor and Certified Hakomi Therapist, Justice Schanfarber. This group is not therapy. It is based on principles of Gender Synergy, personal responsibility and developing an integrated, masculine-centred approach to Life, Work and Relationship Success.

The Masculine Path is for Men who:

•  Want to discover their true Masculine Gifts and become a better Man - Husband/Lover/Father/Friend

We will be learning and applying new skills in our life, work and relationships to bring real change and true success to the parts of our lives that need it the most. In short, we create results. The men in the group will keep each other honest, accountable and supported on our path. We will meet evenings, by telephone, for an hour and a half, 3 times per month.

Because we meet by telephone, this group is accessible to men everywhere.

THIS IS NOT A WHINE AND COMPLAIN FEST. 

This is about respectfully pushing your edge and becoming the man you are meant to be. This group is for men wise enough, strong enough and courageous enough to join with other men and support, encourage and challenge each other into our true potential. The Masculine Path is for men who want to change the world.

THIS IS NOT THERAPY. 

When men show up real, authentic and purposeful there can be tears… there can be sweat… (blood is optional)… but this is not about dredging up hurt feelings or cathartic emotional release. Emotions are certainly welcome in this group, and will be honoured and processed without derailing the larger possibilities at hand. This work is about going for what you really want and BEING the change you want to see - in your life, relationship, business and the world.

THIS IS NOT ABOUT FIXING YOU.

You’re clearly not broken. In fact, if you’re reading this you’re probably quite successful in at least some areas of your life. The Masculine Path recognizes that all men (ALL men!) have their strengths… and their challenges. In the company of men, with expert facilitation, you’ll have the opportunity to build on your strengths, explore new perspectives, gain greater clarity, and take bold effective action to move you toward the RESULTS YOU WANT, where you want them most.

And of course group confidentiality is required.

The investment is $150/month. (The value in your relationship, your work and yourself is priceless…) A three month commitment is required.

THIS GROUP WILL MEET BY TELEPHONE ON THE FIRST THREE MONDAYS OF EACH MONTH, 7PM-8:30PM.

Because we meet by telephone, this group is accessible to men everywhere.

The group will be limited to 6 qualified members. If you’re curious, call me. Put me to the test. Make me SHOW you what might be possible for you in this group. I’m up for the challenge.
